Smaller class sizes allow our instructors to give you more attention, provide corrections and/or modifications when necessary. A less intimidating dark room, motivational instructors, high-energy music, and great people are the perfect recipe for a great workout and a great time.
Our workouts are based on science and designed to torch fat and build lean muscle. Burn between 500 and 1000 calories during our 45 and 60-minute classes and then keep burning calories up to 36 hours after your workout thanks to the RiPT afterburn (aka EPOC or Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption)
Every one of our instructors holds a minimum of a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology or similar, meaning you are working with someone who knows the body and how it functions, keeping you safer during exercise. Instructors can and will progress and regress exercises to make every workout fit your needs.
Our Woodway Curve treadmills and Concept2 Ski Ergometers were voted the top two most-effective pieces of cardio equipment (Men’s Health, 2015). Woodway Curves are 30% more effective than traditional treadmills, are easier on your joints, naturally improve your running form, and are eco-friendly! Concept2 Ski ergs are a more versatile training tool than other ergometers and offer a great full-body, non-impact cardio option to users.

We offer optional free health assessments and nutritional coaching to all of our clients. Health assessments include: height, weight, BMI, body-fat analysis, anthropometric body measurements, waist:hip ratio and blood pressure.
