Due to our small class sizes, cancellations must be made 8 hours prior to the start time of your reserved class in order to avoid a late cancellation penalty. All late cancellations and no-shows will be charged for the class.
First Time Clients: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled class time to receive and get hooked up to our heart rate monitoring system.
Previous Clients: Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow for sign in time.
Late Arrival: If you are running late, it is recommended that you notify us so your spot is not given away. You may also check yourself in for class using the Mindbody app. If you arrive late without notice your spot may be given away if there is a waiting list.
It is recommended that you wear/bring the following items:
Comfortable Athletic Attire – Wear whatever you are best able to exercise in; we recommend function over fashion.
Comfortable Running Shoes – Please make sure to bring a change of shoes and put them on once in the facility if it is raining or snowing.
Water Bottle – A sport water bottle with a push/pull lid is preferred to prevent spillage.
Towel– You will sweat. Towels are available on-site for purchase.
